Howdy Folks,
OK, the anxiously awaited and long overdue Fredericksburg Convention is in the can. Over. Done. Finished. For those of you who couldn't make it, you missed a good one. Please put May 1st on your calendar for our next convention in Southern California at KUDD. You don't want to miss this one! Lot's of things to do and see out there in the desert.
So now it's time to get back into the swing of things. Covid has slowed down substantially, (at least in this part of the world) and it's time to do a lunch fly-in.
We haven't been down to Lake Jackson, KLBX in quite awhile now but every time we've scheduled a fly-in there the turn out has been good and the food at The Runway Cafe is always great.
Let's plan to be on the ground by 11:30 so we can be seated by noon. We'll have a good meal and get some good visiting in after such a long dry spell since our last lunch gathering.
Please shoot me a note with how many mouths you plan to bring so I can have the restaurant catch enough shrimp, crabs & oysters.
